Op Wall Street was het Caterpillar die voor vraag zorgde en opgewekte stemming zorgde, maar later kwamen andere cijfers o.a. Huizenbouw en deze drukte o.a. Toll Brothers en zo verdween de positieve stemming weer op Wall Street. Maar de vrijdag staat voor de deur en dan worden beleggers altijd weer afstandelijk en trekken naar de zijlijn toe.

AMSTERDAM (AFN) - Aegon heeft een kredietfaciliteit van 2 miljard euro afgesloten met een syndicaat van internationale banken onder leiding van Bank of America Merrill Lynch en Citigroup Global Markets. Dat maakte het verzekeringsconcern vrijdag bekend. De doorlopende kredietfaciliteit heeft een looptijd van 5 jaar en kan tweemaal met 1 jaar worden verlengd. Aegon kan binnen de nieuwe faciliteit tevens tot 1 miljard euro aan 'letters of credit' uitgeven. De nieuwe faciliteit vervangt bestaande faciliteiten van in totaal 3 miljard dollar die in september 2012 zouden aflopen.

E*Trade Financial swung to an unexpected Q4 loss as it recorded a loan loss allowance and recorded $15
million in writedowns due to the foreclosure of some loans. The company’s loan loss provision increased by nearly 25% from
Q3 to $123 million, although it was down 36% from the prior year. CEO Steven Freiberg said that excluding “noisy” items the
loan loss provision was actually $87 million, an improvement from the third quarter. Investors keenly watch E*Trade’s loan loss
provisions as it is an important indicator of the company’s recovery after taking a beating during the credit crisis. Overall, the
loss was $0.02 per share on revenue of $475 million while analysts were looking for earnings of $0.20 on $489 million. Despite
the Q4 loss, 2011 was the first time in five years that the company posted a full-year profit. The Q4 results were in line with
those posted by rivals TD Ameritrade (AMTD) and Charles Schwab (SWB) who saw trading volumes decline in the latter
half of 2011 due to economic uncertainty. The quarter saw daily average revenue trades come in at 140,000, down 7% from a
year ago and 15% from Q3.

Overgeleverd aan de grollen van die 1 of 2 beurzen die er straks over zijn.
Daar hoor je de NAM's en Brussel niet over.
Zal wel netwerkbeheerders zijn en die moet je niet voor de voeten lopen.
Voor wat, hoort wat!!

Staalaandelen
moesten vandaag weer terrein prijsgeven, Aperam verloor als grootste daler 3,3% op €15,21. De roestvrijstaalproducent beleefde een enerverende handelsweek met enkele dagen van grote koersstijgingen door overnamenieuws. Arcelor Mittal verloor 2,2% in op €16,35.

Ctac was 5,4% hoger op €0,78 vandaag werd bekend gemaakt dat Douwe van der Werf, afkomstig bij Breevast en eerder bij Grontmij, per 1 april begint als financieel directeur.
