Val-d’Or, Québec, September 15, 2021 – Abitibi Royalties Inc. (RZZ-TSX-V, ATBYF-OTCQX: “Abitibi Royalties” or the “Company”) announces that the Company’s monthly dividend payment of CDN$0.015 per common share for October 2021 will be paid as follows:

The October 2021 payment will represent the 21st dividend payment made to shareholders since the Company’s
adoption of a dividend policy in September 2019. The full amount of the dividend will be designated as an “eligible
dividend” as defined in the Income Tax Act (Canada).
